Be careful when you sign the documents before taking a car for rent because you are signing that if you violate the traffic rules some unheard of company Admita will charge you not only a fine but another €50 on top... and I don't know for what.Since it is very easy to commit a violate in Lithuania, especially if you come from another country where the rules are different, you may have considerable losses. This company Admita fines you more than the police fine.For example: for wrong parking a fine is €15 but you will pay €65 . €50 will take from your card extra because you are signed. :(Choose rental companies carefully! Leider muss ich sagen, dass sogar 1 Stern zu viel für diese Firma ist. Insgesamt war ich anfangs ganz zufrieden mit dem Service, bis ich etwa 5 Monate nach der Anmietung meines Autos eine E-Mail von ihnen erhielt. Darin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie mir 150 Euro abziehen, weil ich angeblich einen Strafzettel erhalten habe – was definitiv nicht stimmt.Es scheint, als würden sie auf diese Weise versuchen, ihr Geld zu verdienen, und das ist sehr schade. Ich kann diese Firma daher nicht empfehlen. Show less

Mašinas gavau tvarkingas ir švarias.Minusai:-nėra nurodyta informacija, kad TopRent randasi Enterprise kompanijoje. (Visą šią informaciją radau tik per žmonių komentarus).-ĮSPĖJIMAS! Zapomnij o odzyskaniu swojego depozytu 300€ !!!!! (na który trzeba czekać 30 dni) zawsze znajdą coś żeby nie oddać twoich nie małych pieniędzy, bardzo ciężki kontakt i bardzo nie miła obsługa po zakończeniu umowy wynajmu traktują cię jak śmiecia !!! Kasują cię za co chcą i ile chcą, auto inne niż zamawiałem o wiele gorszym standardzie , brudne na zewnątrz i nie posprzątane w środku, choć oczekują oddania auta posprzątanego lub uiszczenia opłaty 15€. Wykupienie dodatkowych ubezpieczeń plus dodatkowe 50€ jeśli jedziesz za granicę. I nie wiem co tam jeszcze ale z taniego wynajęcia auta zrobił się rachunek jak bym wynajął prywatny samolot na kilka dni !!!! Nie polecam nie skorzystam więcej i WSZYSTKICH OSTRZEGAM PRZED TYMI OSZYSTAMI !!!! Show less

Labai sauni imone, labai patogus uzsakymo budas, net ir paskutine minute. Ne pirma karta naudojuosi ir visada labai patenkina aptarnavimu. Komanda labai paslaugi, efektingai paaiskina ir net padeda suderinti, bet kokius pokycius. Siuo kartu mane aptarnavo Marius. Puikus komandos narys. Aciu labai! Rented a Car from Toprent with a child seat for a family holiday. I was offered a broken seat, when I refused I was offered a seat that was the incorrect size and very dirty. Eventually had to borrow a seat from another company. I won't be using them again. Show less

The person working there is of questionable mental state. Very arrogant for no reason, absolutely no chance of having your questions answered. Contradicts himself, says it's up to the rental broker to decide whether debit cards are accepted. To get our money back we had to communicate with the broker (rentalcars.com), who told us to go back to the office so we could have a call over the speaker. When I came back to the office and mentioned a refund he quickly got angry, basically kicked me out, locked the office and disappeared. During this time other customers came and left. As a customer I've never been treated so bad because I'm never confrontational when solving issues. On the other hand when I called Toprent's central office they were reasonable in answering my questions.Avoid this place like the plague. 4 hours and 70 EUR wasted. Show less
